DXRacer Factory
Our chairs are put through a series of tests such as stability, load bearing, and application that puts most competition to shame. DXRacer only deliver products that are built to last and safe for our users.
Seat Load Test
A 300 lbs (136 kg) weight is dropped twice from a height of 5.9’’(15 cm) onto the center of the seat with the hydraulics positioned at its highest and lowest point.
Backrest Load Test
A force of 1,001 N is applied to the backrest for 1 minute, The product qualifies if it does not break or crack under pressure.
Mesh Seating Durability Test
A 125lbs (57kg) sandbag is dropped onto the seat for 100,000 cycles.
Tilt Mechanism Test
A 240 lbs (109kg) weight is placed on the center of the seat and the chair is tilted for 300,000 cycles.
Armrest Durability Test
A force of 400 N is repeatedly applied to the armrest for 60,000 cycles.
Caster Durability Test
A force of 300 N is applied onto the seat. Casters are swiveled back and forth for 5,000 cycles in a space with obstacles.
Recline Stability Test
The chair's backrest is adjusted to its most reclined position.

Forward Stability Test
A vertical force of 600 N is applied on the front edge of the seat.
Hydraulics Safety Test
A 269 lbs (122 kg) weight is placed onto the seat. Hydraulics rotates for 60,000 cycles at both its highest and lowest position respectively.

DXRacer made history in 2006 by inventing the world's first gaming chair and it doesn’t stop there. We aim to design and manufacture chairs that are used in a variety of setting, including but not limited to homes, offices, and recreation areas. We recently released our latest innovation, the world's first modular gaming chair and mesh gaming chair. We are proud to have come so far but it doesn’t stop here.
As the demand for the new chair continues to rise, so have the accolades. The DXRacer Master took home two awards at the 2021 MUSE Design Awards. The MUSE Design Awards is an international competition for designers whose craftsmanship shift paradigms. The DXRacer Master was recognized as shifting the bar in multiple fields; Office Furniture and Seating & Comfort Furniture. For Office Furniture, the DXRacer took home the Gold Award. We are extremely pleased to rank so high for office furniture. The Master Series took Silver in Seating & and Comfort furniture. We are very proud that the jury of judges has rewarded us on both fronts.
